What data we collect
The website asks for personal data only in the form on the Consulting and courses page, and only if you decide to use it. We explain this below.
When you browse, the server records the technical data needed for it to work: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. These logs are kept for no more than thirty days and are used only for security and troubleshooting.
We also keep, in aggregate form and without any identifier, the number of times a button on the website is pressed, for example “Book your table”. This count cannot be traced back to anyone and uses no cookies.
Consulting requests and course enquiries
If you fill in the form on the Consulting and courses page, you send us your name, your email address, your message and, if you wish, your phone number and level of experience.
We use this data only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to organise the consultation or course. The request reaches the mailbox shown above by email and is kept in the website's management panel for twenty-four months, after which it is deleted.
We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not pass it on to anyone.
What happens when you open an external link
The buttons for booking, ordering delivery, writing on WhatsApp or opening our social channels are simple links: until you press them, no data is sent to those services. When you press them, the privacy policy of the service you open applies.
On the Find us page, Google's map remains an image until you ask to load it. Only at that point does Google receive data about your browsing.
Why we process this data
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working.
Data from requests sent through the form is processed to answer your question and for steps prior to a possible contract, at your request.
Statistics and external services are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.
Where the data is stored
The website and its backups are hosted on servers located in the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or object to it.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise these rights, write to the controller at the details given above.
